The current shareholders stem from the management, administration and on-site structures of the company, making it both representative and relevant. G4 Mining and Civils shareholding is made up of 65% Badenhorst Family Trust and 35% G4MC BEE.

Siphokazi NkulaFinancial Director
Siphokazi graduated from the Rhodes University with a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting in 2004. She gained extensive experience in the fields of both accounting and auditing during her career, she started working at Absa in 2005, and from there she worked for OHS Business Advisors & Chartered Accountants, PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors and Trioption. Siphokazi was employed by G4 Civils (Pty) Ltd late 2011, she started working for G4 Mining and Civils (Pty) Ltd in 2015. Siphokazi is a 28% G4 Mining and Civils BEE shareholder and a 9.8% G4 Mining and Civils shareholder.
Teddy MachaviSite Agent
Teddy Machavi is a 23% G4 Mining and Civils BEE shareholder and a 8,05% G4 Mining and Civils shareholder. He attended his studies, National Diploma in Civil Engineering, at the Technicon of Witwatersrand. He furthermore completed a diploma at Intec College in Project Management. Teddy started his career at Oarabile Civils and has been working for G4 Civils (Pty) Ltd since 2002. In 2014, he started working for G4 Mining and Civils (Pty) Ltd.
Phenyane TshehlaSite Agent
Phenyane matriculated from Zitikeni Secondary School in 2004. He started his studies, N6 Building and Civil Engineering, at the Central Johannesburg College and successfully completed in 2013. He started working at Civcon from 2009 to 2011. Phenyane was employed by G4 Civils in 2012 and moved over to G4 Mining and Civils late 2014. Phenyane Tshehla is a 23% G4 Mining and Civils BEE shareholder, and a 8.05% G4 Mining and Civils shareholder.
Bongani DongaSite Agent
As a student member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineers, Bongani graduated from the Tshwane University of Technology, with a National Diploma for Civil Engineering. Bongani was employed by G4 Civils (Pty) Ltd in March 2011. In 2014, Bongani was employed as a Junior Engineer at G4 Mining and Civils (Pty) Ltd. Bongani Donga is a 23% G4 Mining and Civils BEE shareholder, and in turn an 8.05% G4 Mining and Civils shareholder.
