Siphokazi graduated from the Rhodes University with a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting in 2004. She gained extensive experience in the fields of both accounting and auditing during her career, she started working at Absa in 2005, and from there she worked for OHS Business Advisors and Chartered Accountants, PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors and Trioption. Siphokazi was employed by G4 Civils late 2011, she started working for G4 Mining and Civils in 2015. Siphokazi is a 28% G4 Mining and Civils BEE shareholder and a 9.8% G4 Mining and Civils shareholder
